I. Carrying Regulations
Carry-on Permit
All-in-One Disposable devices (including All-in-One Disposables, electronic cigars, electronic pipes, etc.) are allowed to be carried on board, but are prohibited from being placed in checked baggage. Because their built-in lithium batteries may cause short circuit or fire risks in the closed environment of the cargo hold.
Lithium battery restrictions
The rated energy of lithium batteries must be ≤100Wh (watt-hours), and the lithium content of lithium metal batteries must be ≤2g.
Spare batteries must be wrapped separately to prevent short circuits, and charging is prohibited throughout the flight.
II. Usage restrictions
Prohibition regulations on board
All-in-One Disposables are prohibited in the aircraft cabin throughout the entire flight, including takeoff and landing. The aerosols produced by All-in-One Disposables will trigger smoke alarms, threaten flight safety, and may endanger the health of others due to the closed environment.
Legal consequences
Smoking All-in-One Disposables on board is an act of disturbing public order, and may result in a verbal warning or administrative detention or a fine. For example, in 2023, a passenger was detained for 5 days for smoking All-in-One Disposables on the plane.
