A: Our R&D team comes from well-known companies in the industry, such as SMOOER, ALD, BBTANK, etc. We currently have more than 60 R&D personnel who participate in customer projects, product research and development, testing, and so on.

A: The company's production workshop covers more than 5,000 square meters, with 25 professional production lines equipped with production equipment. We have a GMP clean workshop to ensure product cleanliness and solve product defects caused by static electricity. Important production equipment includes high and low temperature testing instruments, vibration testers, continuity testing equipment, battery testing and capacity grading equipment, and so on.

A: We have CE, FCC, ROHS and other certificates, and own more than 200 globally authorized and pending patent technologies.

A: Since the establishment of the company, we have mainly served more than one hundred cannabis manufacturing companies in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and other regions. We have a laboratory in California, where we can dispatch engineers to visit customers' sites directly for guidance.

A: We maintain cooperation with well-known cannabis brands and extractors in the United States such as KOI, MELLOW FOLLOW, CAKE, etc. They are almost all satisfied with our products.

A: Yes. ASM VAPE has extensive OEM/ODM cooperation experience. We can customize the voltage, heating coil, capacity, appearance, functions, etc. of the hardware according to the THC oils used by customers.

A: All-In-One disposable vape is a convenient, self-contained vaping device that integrates the battery, heating element, oil tank, and mouthpiece into one single unit. It is pre-charged before leaving the factory and ready to use right after unpacking. Most models are activated simply by inhaling, while some models require pressing a button to activate.

A: AIO disposable vape is an all-in-one device that integrates the oil tank, built-in battery, and atomizer into a single sealed unit. Once the cannabis oil is used up, the entire device including the battery must be discarded. Vape Carts consist of a separate cartridge and battery. The cartridge integrates the mouthpiece, oil tank, and heating coil. When the oil in the cartridge is depleted, the cartridge can be replaced while the battery can still be recharged and reused.

A: Using a disposable vape pen is very simple: just remove the external protective packaging, place your lips on the mouthpiece, and inhale slowly and steadily. Most disposable vapes use a draw-activated design, so there is no need to press any button to activate it. Once the oil is depleted, the entire device including the battery should be discarded.

A: 510 Thread is the industry-standard screw connection used in most vape hardware. 510 thread cartridges are small containers for cannabis oil that screw onto compatible batteries, while 510 thread batteries are rechargeable power sources designed to heat the cartridge. This universal threading ensures broad compatibility between different brands of cartridges and batteries.

A: A vape pen uses a battery to power a heating element inside the cartridge or tank. When activated by inhaling or pressing a button, the battery sends electricity to the coil, which heats up and vaporizes the cannabis oil into inhalable vapor without burning it. The vapor is then drawn through the mouthpiece for consumption.

A: Postless vape designs eliminate the central post found in traditional center post vapes, allowing oil to flow directly to the heating element. This results in better airflow, reduced risk of clogging, more even heating, and improved flavor. Center post designs use a central tube for oil flow, which is a more traditional but sometimes less efficient structure, especially with thicker oils.

A: Full ceramic cartridges use ceramic material for the heating element and oil pathway with no metal contacting the oil. This provides purer flavor by avoiding metallic taste, cleaner vapor without heavy metal leaching, even heat distribution to reduce burning or clogging, and better performance with thick cannabis oils, making them a premium choice for high-quality vaping.

A: No, we do not sell prefilled cartridges. We provide empty disposables and cartridges. Customers need to fill the oil themselves. During the oil filling process, if you have any questions or technical issues, we can dispatch engineers from our California laboratory to visit the customer's site for guidance.

A: Our hardware devices are compatible with mainstream cannabis oils on the market, including Distillates, Live Rosins, Live Resins, and Delta 9. Contact us and let our experts match your oils with our hardware.

A: Live Rosins and Live Resins need to be atomized in a low-pressure and low-power heating environment. We recommend using postless designed vape hardware, such as our GOLDEN, ASM-D5, and ASM-D3.

A: The ideal atomization temperature range for live rosin is 350-450°F (177-232°C). At lower temperatures, the vapor of live rosin can more completely retain terpenes, while providing a smoother inhalation experience and reducing the possibility of throat irritation and coughing. For enthusiasts pursuing terpene-rich, fresh citrus flavors, this temperature range is perfect.

A: The voltage of vape hardware usually affects the output power of the heating coil. Some vape pens use fixed output voltage. Currently, new vape hardware adopts adjustable voltage design, which can select the appropriate voltage according to the injected oil to ensure the best atomization temperature. The optimal temperature range for most oils is 280°F to 350°F, and the common voltage range is between 2.8–3.3V. Postless vapes usually operate at lower voltages, generally not exceeding 2.8V, making them more suitable for oils such as live rosin.

A: Please contact us and introduce your oil and hardware requirements. We will arrange to send you samples, with quantities within 20 pieces, including AIO disposable, POD systems, and 510 cartridges & batteries.

A: After the customer confirms the order and starts from the deposit payment day, for quantities within 50,000 pieces, the delivery time is within 20 natural days.

A: The MOQ for a single product is 1,000 pieces per design for the first order, based on color and appearance printing design.

A: After materials are fully prepared, the factory's daily production capacity can reach 100,000 pieces, with a monthly capacity guarantee of more than 2 million pieces. From project initiation to trial production, it only takes 25 days, using rapid mold making to improve efficiency.

A: We have strict production and quality control processes. In the 2024 production product testing process, the defect rate can be controlled to one in 100,000. At the same time, to better serve customers in the United States and Canada, we have established a large product laboratory in California, and our engineers can visit customer sites at any time to provide technical guidance.

A: ASM VAPE continuously optimizes the product structure design to greatly reduce the possibility of device oil leakage. In addition, the oil tank and mouthpiece of our devices are made of PCTG material produced by Eastman Company in the United States. PCTG has excellent stability and corrosion resistance and is an inert food-grade material. Its leak-proof performance solves the internal oil leakage problem caused by THC oil corrosion in the past.
