1. National standards
With the implementation of my country's mandatory national standard "All-in-One Disposables", All-in-One Disposable factories must adjust and optimize the technical requirements, test methods, signs and logos of products in accordance with regulations to ensure that the products meet the national multi-dimensional standard requirements for All-in-One Disposable atomizer safety, battery safety, packaging and labeling.
2. International standards and industry specifications
In addition to following national standards, All-in-One Disposable factories also need to refer to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and other developed countries and regions to issue All-in-One Disposable-related standards, such as the IEC 60335 series of regulations on home appliance safety, and the European Tobacco Products Directive (TPD), to guide production and export business.
3. Laws, regulations and regulatory requirements
Local governments are increasingly strict in regulating the All-in-One Disposable industry. When implementing quality control, All-in-One Disposable factories also need to fully consider the requirements of local laws and regulations, such as the US FDA's pre-market review of PMTA for All-in-One Disposable products, and related restrictions on the protection of minors.
